How can I cancel my membership for CYBEROBICS Premium?

If you actually want to cancel your CYBEROBICS Premium membership, you can do this by yourself. Log in to our website on cyberobics.com with your log in data and go on “my account” and click on “cancel subscription”. At the end of your payment period your payment will stop and you wont have any access to CYBEROBICS anymore.

Attention: If you completed your membership for CYBEROBICS Premium in the App, then you have to cancel your contract in your App-Store.

How do I cancel my membership if I have registered via my app store?

Please go to Apple as follows:

  1. Go to "Settings"> "iTunes & App Store" in the menu
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
  3. Click on "Show Apple ID" (you may need to authenticate your Apple ID)
  4. Tap on Subscriptions
  5. Click on your CYBEROBICS subscription
  6. Select "Cancel Subscription" to end the subscription.

For Android, please do the following:

  1. Open your Google Play Store
  2. Log in with your account information
  3. Click on "My Account" on the top right
  4. Select Account Settings> Purchases, Subscriptions and Reservations
  5. Select your subscription with CYBEROBICS
  6. Under "Cancel Subscription" you can cancel your membership

If you have canceled your membership, it ends at the end of the current billing cycle.

Is the contract automatically extended?

Yes. If you do not cancel your contract in good time (not later than one day before it expires), then it will be extended in accordance with the contract period you have selected. In the case of a monthly contract period, this means another month, while in the case of an annual membership the contract is extended by a further year.

How can I change my email address or payment details?

You can change your personal data whenever you want. To do this, simply go to the CYBEROBICS homepage at cyberobics.com and log in using your registration details in your account. You will find the login button in the top right corner. Under the function “My account”, you can make any changes to your data, such as email address, payment details, etc. Please don’t forget to save your changes so that they are applied.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my passport?

Don’t worry. If you don’t know your password anymore, then click on “Forgot password” in the login area. We will immediately send you a link to your email address, with which you can create a new password without any problems.
