She discovered the positive power of yoga when she was in college, but it wasn’t until she moved to New York that she became aware of the importance of asanas for both her physical and mental well-being. Today, Kristin is a yoga instructor herself - and was recently named one of the most inspiring yoga teachers by SELF magazine.
